Logic Pursuits, a fast-growing global data and AI consulting firm, earlier this week announced the appointment of Ronak Shah as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Service Delivery. Ronak will also join the firm’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will be based in Ahmedabad, where Logic Pursuits is establishing its second India office to support expanded delivery operations across multiple regions.

Ronak is a seasoned global leader with nearly two decades of experience across consulting, digital engineering, enterprise technology, and operational excellence. He has an established track record in building and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs), strengthening delivery organizations, and leading large digital transformation programs in automation, cloud security, intelligent operations, and enterprise platforms. His leadership has supported more than 300 global client organizations, including Fortune 500 enterprises, through high-impact transformation initiatives and operational scale-up.

Throughout his career, Ronak has served in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-region operations. His work includes designing and establishing foreign subsidiaries, leading global delivery centers, and building Centers of Excellence (CoEs). He has led teams ranging from 100 to more than 500 professionals and is recognized internationally as a “Pioneer of Automation” and an “Exemplary Leader”, receiving multiple awards for innovation and delivery excellence.

Strengthening Delivery Excellence Across the United States, LATAM, and India

In this role, Ronak will lead and elevate Logic Pursuits’ global service delivery framework across the United States, India, and LATAM. He will be responsible for enhancing delivery maturity, deepening client value realization, strengthening delivery governance, and expanding capabilities across core practice areas including Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics, AI and Automation, Cloud Engineering, and Customer 360 and CDP programs.

He will also play an important role in expanding Logic Pursuits’ delivery footprint in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, transforming these centers into strategic hubs supporting the company’s multi-geo operations.
